Alicia began her career as a journalist and has covered many local city council meetings. She later transitioned to the corporate world, taking key positions at companies like Arrow Electronics, WorldPay, FIS, and Simpro. This experience, coupled with being a small business owner herself, has given Alicia unique insight into the ups and downs of running a business.


Education


Alicia has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her early work as a reporter built the base for her storytelling skills and her ability to distill sometimes complex topics into compelling stories. She has since applied those skills to writing for brands. As a certified StoryBrand Guide, Alicia is also skilled at helping businesses clarify their messaging and communicate more clearly with their customers.
